These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quadly.ai website and platform (the “Service”), operated by Trigun Advisory Services LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“Quadly”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

3. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful or infringing content.
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Trigun Advisory Services LLP and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Quadly.ai supports your compliance program but does not itself constitute legal, audit, or certification advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trigun Advisory Services LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
